Developed and deployed an end-to-end churn prediction pipeline on AWS SageMaker orchestrated by Apache AirFlow to forecast customer churn for Magicline. Designed reusable feature-engineering modules, automated training/inference workflows, and implemented GDPR-compliant anonymization. Delivered a scalable, secure, and explainable ML solution that directly informed customer retention strategies and improved operational efficiency.

This production-grade platform transforms crowdsourced and fixed-line measurements into transparent, executive-ready benchmarks.
Data lands in Amazon S3, is processed across EMR/Spark in reproducible steps, and is published as aggregated tables in Athena for self-serve analysis and dashboards.
The scoring framework blends active & passive throughput, latency tiers, and stability into weighted KPIs, rolling results from tiles to provinces and national views.
Privacy and trust are built in: GDPR-safe handling, rigorous filtering, and sample-sufficiency checks deliver reliable insights at scale. The outcome is an automated, auditable system used to compare network quality and inform investment decisions.
